Designed for small-to-medium businesses, this program focuses on understanding the key issues of the business and then driving the strategy by way of ongoing coaching support over a minimum 12 month period.
The process will follow the steps of Now, Where, How.
Where are we now? What is happening internally? What is happening externally? What therefore are the issues we need to address as a company?
Where does the company want to position itself for the future? Where does it need to be?
What is the best way of bridging the gap between the now and the where? How do we achieve the outcomes specified in the where?
Below is an outline of some of the steps involved in this process:
The initial stage of our process will involve conducting a business diagnostic with you to identify the issues in the business now, decide where we want the business to be in the future, and then develop strategies and action plans as to how the business will achieve its goals and how that aligns with your personal goals.
The outcome of our strategic planning session will lead to a clear identification of your business strengths and weaknesses, which will enable you to develop a workable strategic plan. What can your business achieve? What potential is there for growth? Essentially, we work with you to create a vision of where you want the business to be in 3-5 years and develop a roadmap to get you there.
Ongoing coaching support – implementation
Our one-on-one business coaching helps you to gain clarity on the issues you are facing and then together develop an action plan to move forward. Our process motivates you, provides feedback, provides you with a sounding board and assists you to achieve superior results.
This club gives you the opportunity to get together with other business owners from a variety of industries that are facing similar issues, challenges and opportunities. At each session there is a specified topic presented to the group as well as networking and group learning opportunities.
Over the period of the engagement we will provide you access to two of our online business courses, the Business Improvement Course and the Marketing & Sales Course.
The courses are designed to be a valuable supplement to the one-on-one meetings so that you can work your way through our structured worksheets at your own pace while having coaching support along the way. We think that it’s a great way for you to learn powerful business tools that will allow you to implement the changes identified while working with us at a far greater pace.
On an annual basis we will look at the financial key performance indicators of the business and highlight critical issues in an easy to understand two page health check.
