So you can accurately assess the cost of your investment with us, we offer Fixed Price Agreements to all clients. The terms for this relationship are defined through reaching agreement as to:

  • The scope of work you want us to perform for you over a period (usually 1 year).
  • Agreement on the investment you are willing to make for these services.
  • Agreement on the value that these services would bring to you and your business.

To ensure your satisfaction with our involvement in your business, we offer the following advantages to all clients on a fixed price agreement:

  • Unlimited advice when you need it (telephone calls are not charged).
  • Satisfaction Guarantee
  • Flexible payment programs to spread the investment and allow you to better manage your cash flow.

2. Our Guarantee to You

Satisfaction Guarantee (available to all clients on a Fixed Price Agreement)

Our work is guaranteed to the complete satisfaction of the customer. If you are not completely satisfied with the services performed by us, you have the option of either:

  • a refund of the payment for the preceding month, or
  • a refund of a portion of the preceding month's price that reflects your level of satisfaction with our service.

We want our clients to be unequivocally happy with the services we provide.
